Seffi lives and breath the Israeli music world. The evenings he created as a memory for the late Arik Eistein and the culture/music in the begining years of the Israeli state, were full of passion and knowledge, creating an authentic atmosphere. Seffi brought  the crowd back to the period with personal stories, playing music, sing along, live performance, video clips and pieces from the media. These evenings provided pleasure with a true journey down memory lane, filled with emotional nostalgia

Seffi had organized two events that I had the pleasure of participating in.  These events celebrated the beauty and simplicity of the Israeli music and songs.   Seffi provided, with his soft and gentle attitude, interactive evenings that included songs, videos, live music, readings, and friends.   Both events took place in a cozy venue which suited the contents and the audience in a modest and respectful way.  I enjoyed these events very much and look forward to the next one. I know that Seffi will put all his heart into it that I will enjoy it once more.

I had the pleasure to attend two evenings hosted by Seffi. One was an emotional homage to the legendary Israeli singer Arik Einstein, and the other was a nostalgic evening of Israeli music from the 60’s and 70’s.
Seffi’s passion for music and especially Israeli oldies, brings back to life forgotten artists as well as childhood memories. In his deep radiophonic voice Seffi shares stories and anecdotes on his favorite singers and their iconic songs, creating an atmosphere of a late night talk show mixed with a music documentary. From attending a historic funeral to getting his childhood star to sing on his wedding day, Seffi’s stories are both emotional and entertaining, making it a night to remember.

Last year I attended of the events hosted by Seffi Yaaran.
I had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed myself during this evening.
Seffi prepared a professional program consisting of videos, songs and readings. He provided interesting insights and anecdote from his own experience and he captured the imagination of the audience. It was all done in a very professional manner and in good taste. The evening was a huge success and everyone I talked to agreed that Seffi had done an amazing job organizing it. I would be happy to attend future events that Seffi might organize and would highly recommend him for events.

I wanted to thank you for creating an unforgettable evening dedicated to the Israeli legend – Arik Einstein. In a very elegant way, your presentation not only captivated the audience in the sense of the present moment, but you brilliantly succeeded to transport us all back in time. With unconditional respect to the legend, you made sure not to skip a year or a poem. Your sense of humor always prevailed alongside the seriousness of recognition for the legend who was at the core of our culture.

It was evident that a lot of work and time was spent on creating your presentation. However, what made it unique was the flawless ability to fluctuate between the different materials that you brought forward such as the screening to song playing, to the personal narratives and so on.

I attended 2 poetry evenings that Sefi prepared. Even though I don’t understand much Hebrew, I enjoyed every moment. It was a sweet experience. Great songs, great pictures and video clips. Sefi’s presentations reflect refined qualities of love and elegance.
